IT IS NINE IN THE FUCKING A.M. I WAS NOT SIGNED UP FOR EMOTIONS IN THE MIDDLE OF MY SLOW-AS-HELL MORNING

I have the feeling that when Donnie has finally brought everyone back he’s just going to take a moment to breathe and bask in the fact that everyone’s okay and alive again and he fixed it, but then everything else will hit him in that same moment and he won’t have any choice but to crumple and let someone else catch him, because he’s been fixing and holding everyone together this entire time since the moment the apocalypse started. So when everything is said and done, and there’s nothing left for him to fix, his family will be there to catch him, and he’ll finally be able to rest.

#Cass. Please. Please say this will happen. I am begging you.#I love these turtles so much but I also adore angst and sadness. Donnie just eventually reaching his breaking point by the end of all this-#-is exactly what we need. Because like this person said. he's been holding everyone else up for basically 3 decades now.#He hasn't had a choice in any of this. He hasn't had a chance to breathe. or to think. or to really feel upset!#This man has been holding it all in for 30 years and if you ask me. I would say that Donnie needs this to happen to fully complete his arc.#Raph's arc is complete because him and Casey have fully realized their relationship (Sort of) and he also finally let someone else save him #-instead of him saving everyone else. Mikey's arc is about to be complete due to... Well. Something. And same for Leo.#Poor April doesn't get an arc.
